                          2026 RENTAL RATES:

• 2 Hours: $60
  add $10 for ever hour after that, up to 8 hours. 

• All Day: $150
  (8AM-9PM)

• Event Rental: $200
  (Includes 7-9 PM the night before, and 8-10 AM the following morning. 

• One Cabin- 12 Hours: $100

• One Cabin- 24 Hours: $200

• Two Cabins- 12 Hours: $150

• Two Cabins- 24 Hours: $300
  
  Rental Terms:

• Fishing in the pond is catch and release

• Renters can enter at the time of their rental and must be out by the time their rental ends. If they need time to decorate or clean up, then additional time will be added to their rental.

• We have 14 6-foot tables, with chairs available.

• A general clean-up and empty trash is required at the end of the rental.
